ideal location working safe available hairdryer
i found the location ideal near transport options. The room included a safe. i loved that a hairdryer was available.

Acceptable Location, Several Issues Noted
non-working safe-box excessive noise
The location proved useful as it was near transportation and shops.
The safe-box in my room didn't work, and I noticed trash on the floor behind a door. I found this quite unacceptable. the noise levels were very frustrating. I could hear every door closing, and the refrigerator made a loud noise all night. This impacted my sleep significantly.

overrated and under-cleaned.
old furniture stained carpet
the location was acceptable, quite near public transport, i suppose.
the room i booked, a double or twin room, was far from what i expected. the furniture looked quite old, and i noticed some stains on the carpet, it did not inspire confidence. the bathroom was small and the shower was hardly functional.

great location daily cleaning friendly staff
i appreciated the hotel's great location, very close to shops and public transport, it made getting around simple. the rooms were cleaned daily. the staff were friendly and helpful, this added to a good experience.
I found a lack of working power sockets in the room. It was difficult to charge my phone. this was an inconvenience .

There isn't a kitchen to serve breakfast, i do not know if lunch or dinner is available, but there is a nice café near it. I went there one day.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, so i have no complaints about the service. the receptionist was friendly. She provided quick assistance, and that was appreciated.

The hotel has luggage storage near the reception. This was convenient. the hotel features an elevator, but i didn't use it. everything was functional

the room was large, it also had a big bathroom with a bath tub. the sheets were clean! the temperature was easy to adjust in the room.

The location is great. It is close to a train station and a bus terminal. there is a good bakery and a big supermarket nearby, the building is in a very nice location.

hollow mattress thin pillows
I was quite frustrated with several aspects of the room. the mattress was hollow. It caused back pain. the pillows were thin. there was no central room light. Only lights were at the bedside tables.
